NewsPre-order Max Payne 3, have your name engraved on a tombstone
For most, the thought having your name forever engraved on a tombstone carries a negative connotation, usually in comparison with death. The thought of having your name enthroned in a triple-A game, though, is music to the ears of many, especially Max Payne 3 fans.
Through March 11, GameStop is offering fans the chance to have their names digitally engraved on a tombstone within in the "Cemetery" map, which is a GameStop-exclusive multiplayer map available day one. There are several different ways to enter this eerie sweepstakes, but it's worth mentioning that you'll first have to pre-order Rockstar's upcoming hit to be eligible to win.
Through tomorrow, fans can head over to GameStop's Facebook page and enter the sweepstakes on their Max Payne 3 page. In addition, through March 11, fans can enter by watching Max Payne 3 trailers on the Facebook page, and then answering trivia questions. Finally, Rockstar revealed that they've set aside several tombstones for members of their social club - details on how to enter this portion will drop in a week or two.
